Support The Buzz

As valuable as this site is for its current and historical content, it takes a massive amount of time to maintain it:

• Editorial. Selecting topics, researching, writing articles, writing open-letters, collecting official documents, editing; producing editorial comments, and obtaining/producing images.
• Technical. Creating and managing pages and repositories; categorization, links and cross-references; managing layouts, styles, and graphics; scanning, organizing and sizing images. (if I had a budget, I would consider developing a platform for much of this).
• Outreach. Engaging with the community on various levels to invite content, solicit questions for Candidates, and promote new content; and challenging our Candidates continually, to systematically raise the level of discourse in our community.

There are also expenses pertaining to domain registration, hosting, web development tools (the tool I am using, produced in 1997, keeps crashing), support, and printing.
