I thank you for your response and for your helpfulness.It
would be very kind of you if you can urge our parkers
the importance in maintaining a safe speed zone of
5 miles an hour as they travel throughout the parking
lot and the indoor garage, as well as also the courtesy
of staying within their own parking spot. It would
[also] be safe for me to tell you that management
will be considering the removal of parking privileges,
if approved by the board, for those who are very behind
in their maintenance (more than two months) which
also includes their parking fees. I'm sure you and
others would agree that, when there are many who pay
their maintenance on time and are waiting for a parking
spot this would not be such a bad idea.
Once again I thank you and I will try to continue
to communicate with you on some of the updates of
garage issues and movements.But also keep in mind
that I do not get on the Internet every day and you
can feel free to contact me by phone if the need arises.
