Dear Garage Committee Members:
I sent a message to Stanley Friedland (copied to
the Garage Committee) one week ago pointing out some
irregularities I detected in the Garage Waiting List
and asking for clarification and documentation to
explain those irregularities. My request wasn't posed
as a favor but as the demand of a shareholder who
has reasonable grounds to suspect that there are serious
management problems.
I have not heard back from Mr. Friedland, so I am
turning my request to the Garage Committee (copied
to the board at-large). I am confident that you have
the best intentions towards the more than 300 people
on the garage waiting list, as well as the Seward
Park community whose interests you represent, and
I ask you to assist in clarifying the circumstances
of the irregularities. If internal politics make an
official reply impossible, I would appreciate informal
replies from individual board members to help me understand
the situation.
I respectfully ask for your cooperation and the courtesy
of a prompt reply.
